ARTI launches the Women INnovation Speed Dating Forum 2024: Call open for innovative companies in the aerospace sector

The Regional Agency for Technology and Innovation (ARTI), as part of the Future4Puglia project, is promoting the Women INnovation Speed Dating Forum 2024, an international initiative aimed at supporting female-led innovation in the aerospace sector.

The event, scheduled to take place in Bari on December 10, 2024, is spearheaded by Valentina Battista, recipient of the prestigious IVLP Impact Award from the U.S. Department of State, and is being organized in collaboration with the Puglia Region, the U.S. Diplomatic Mission to Italy, the U.S. Consulate General in Naples, and esteemed partners such as the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs, Cotec, and Materias.

The Forum will feature an innovative speed dating format designed to foster networking opportunities among female entrepreneurs, investors, sector leaders, and students from Italy and the United States. The top three business proposals presented during the event will receive a special award, gaining visibility and access to exclusive international mentorship sessions with Italian and American industry experts.

Eligibility and Participation

The call is open to innovative aerospace companies with significant female representation in their teams or management and that meet the requirements outlined in the official announcement, including:

• Technologies with a minimum TRL of 4 (validated in a laboratory environment);
• Innovative and sustainable solutions for the challenges of the aerospace sector;
• Strong growth and impact potential.

Deadline: November 26, 2024.
