The TERRITORY project enters an important operational phase with the organization of the first four workshops, promoted by the Port of Taranto, Port of Bar, Municipality of Shkodra, and Municipality of Pescolanciano. In these meetings, at least eight local stakeholder representatives will be actively involved in discussions and practical activities aimed at identifying territorial priorities and contributing to the development of concrete solutions.

The workshops will serve as a key opportunity for dialogue between institutions, local communities, and actors, with the goal of defining shared operational solutions. During the sessions, the proposals that emerge will be presented and validated by participants to ensure they are aligned with the real needs of the territory and feasible in practice.

These working moments will also be central to strengthening trust between local communities and authorities, promoting a collaborative and participatory approach.

The activities are part of the stakeholder engagement efforts and the development of an integrated architecture for drone-based systems and services, designed to collect and analyze real-time data. The centralized platform will support risk management through the use of specialized sensors and advanced technologies.

Dates for the workshops related to the port use cases have been set (Port of Bar: May 14 and Port of Taranto: May 25), and the dates for the workshops in the other two municipalities will be announced soon.
