The TERRITORY project continues its operational journey with the planning of the first Local Stakeholder Engagement Workshops dedicated to municipal use cases.

The workshops will bring together representatives of local authorities, emergency response organizations, and local communities in a structured exchange process aimed at identifying local priorities in environmental risk management and co-designing potential operational solutions.
Through collaborative working sessions and hands-on activities, participants will contribute to:
- analyzing territory-specific challenges and needs
- defining concrete intervention scenarios
- validating proposals aligned with actual local operational capacities
These workshops represent a key milestone in building solutions that are truly shared, practical, and applicable, while strengthening dialogue among institutions, communities, and stakeholders.
The activities are part of the broader TERRITORY project framework, which aims to develop innovative strategies based on Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the prevention and management of natural hazards, with the direct contribution of local actors playing a central role.
