2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
Data processing:
2.1 is aimed at the performance by the Owner of the activities carried out for purposes strictly connected and / or necessary to satisfy the requests made, from time to time, by the user through the website http: // www.dtascarl.it and / or by e-mail. In this regard, for access to some reserved pages of the Site, you may be required to enter your data for registration;
2.2 can also be aimed at carrying out commercial information activities of the services provided by the Data Controller and / or by other companies connected to it;
2.3 purposes related to the obligations established by applicable laws or regulations, as well as by provisions issued by the competent authorities / supervisory and control bodies.
3. PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned headquarters of the DTA Scarl and are only handled by the technical staff of the office in charge of the treatment, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. The personal data provided by users are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose.
4. METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING
Data processing:
4.1 takes place with methods and procedures strictly necessary to satisfy the Requests and is carried out employing the operations or sets of operations indicated in Article 4, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR;
4.2 is also carried out with the aid of electronic or automated means. In this regard, it should be noted that the data are stored in paper archives located at the headquarters of the Data Controller and in electronic archives located both at the same office and at servers in Italy;
4.3 is also carried out through the use of fax, e-mail or other remote communication techniques. The Data Controller uses the same methods also when communicating, for these purposes, the data to third parties, as better specified in the following point 6 “Data communication”.
4.4 at the same time, the processing is also carried out through the use of “cookies” (ie information that the Site sends to the user’s computer during navigation and which relates to the contents of the site itself to capture and remember information, to improve the site). In this regard, please refer to point 6 “COOKIES” for details.
5. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. 11. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
With reference to the purposes referred to in Article 2, the Data are not transferred to non-EU countries.
12. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Article 7 of the Code confers on the interested party the exercise of specific rights, including that of obtaining from the owner confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their data and their making available in an intelligible form, to have knowledge of the origin of the data as well as of the logic, purposes and methods on which the processing is based; to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the updating, rectification or, if there is interest, the integration of data; to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the treatment itself.
